While Dazzle moves fast, we ensure you are always in control when it counts.
Expert Human Support: For now, some things require a human touch. We have a dedicated team of Customer Experience Specialists at the ready to step in and assist you with complicated, high-touch tasks whenever you need them.
You’re in Control: For complex actions—such as financial transactions, booking, or purchases—Dazzle will ask for your explicit approval before proceeding. Nothing is spent without your say-so.
Privacy you can trust
Total Control: Share your full library, hand-pick specific photos, or use Dazzle without photo access.
When in doubt, we leave it out: You don’t want us to have your sensitive photos, and we don’t want them! If Dazzle suspects that a photo could be sensitive, it immediately excludes it. We don’t need these photos to do a great job.
On your behalf, not as you: We don’t believe a useful AI assistant needs unrestricted access to your digital identity. Your Dazzle agent has its own accounts and tools to accomplish tasks without broad credential-level access to your accounts or pretending to be you. We made a fundamental decision early in development to not impersonate a user. If something needs to be done, we do it on your behalf, not as you.
What’s personal stays between us: Your private information is only used to personalize Dazzle for you – not to train public AI models, target you with third-party advertising, or be sold or rented to others. When we use trusted third-party AI providers, our agreements prohibit them from using your personal information to train their own models. Your information is protected through encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, access controls, and ongoing security testing and monitoring.
