Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Dazzle AI, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across the entire service’s lifecycle. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries regarding booking, purchasing, or exploring third-party services, troubleshoot issues, and guide both users and third-party vendors. You will gather feedback, identify patterns in customer needs, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve interfaces, workflows, and support materials. You will also contribute to process improvements by refining service guidelines, creating internal documentation, and supporting onboarding for new vendors.

Your role and impact
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be a key driver of ensuring a smooth and positive experience across the entire service’s lifecycle.
- Customer & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to booking, purchasing, and exploring third-party services, ensuring seamless service execution for both users and vendor partners
- Support & Ticket Management: Manage day-to-day support tickets, troubleshoot technical or operational issues, and document clear, repeatable solutions.
- Proactive Engagement: Reach out proactively to customers throughout their lifecycle to drive engagement, boost satisfaction, and maximize long-term retention.
- Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback, analyze usage patterns, and synthesize insights to help engineering, product, and operations teams improve platform workflows and interfaces.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational friction points and contribute to refining service guidelines and internal standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer-Centric Background: Proven experience in customer success, client management, or high-touch service roles, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
- Vendor & Service Management: Comfort facilitating third-party arrangements, bookings, or purchases while balancing the needs of customers and service providers.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate software interfaces, explain complex AI-driven tools to non-technical users, and troubleshoot technical issues systematically.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong empathetic tone and an ability to distill feedback into actionable insights.
- Process & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing competing priorities, maintaining support documentation, and improving workflows.
